LYNA ZIDANE

Lyna Zidane considers artwork to be a door to the artist's mind and subconscious. She depicts landscapes that are familiar to her through abstract painting methods and feels personally connected to her subjects. Her works relate to each other through a keen process of discovery. Driven not only by artmaking but also by philosophy and psychology, she makes highly visceral works. In her work, Lyna’s goal is to explore her interests to the fullest and let her passions shape her life. In the fall, Lyna plans to attend Emerson College with a major in Media Studies and a minor in Philosophy.
